Summer Update

It was so nice to meet all of you the other day. I can tell that we are going to have a terrific year together. I hope that you are enjoying the sunshine and are spending lots of time outdoors. Don't forget to read and log into your Reading Challenge Calendar. I am logging into mine too. I will announce the winners in September.

I have started a new blog and I would love for you to comment on some of my posts when you are near a computer this summer. I will be writing about all of my summer adventures and I hope to hear about yours too.

The picture on this post is of one of my favorite summer spots on Cape Cod in Massachusetts. I grew up there and I love to go back every summer. When I am there I enjoy curling up with a good book in the dunes, swimming and boogieboarding in the (ice cold) water, and barbecuing with my family.

What are some of your favorite summer places and activities?

My favorite summer place is Camp Downer. Camp Downer is a camp that my cousins used to work at. I also like to go to my Auntie Amy's new land.

My summer hasn't really started yet because it has not been 90 outside. Today we are going biking to a srawberry farm and then a river.
